Neil O’Leary has worked for over 20 years in several multinational insurance entities, covering a number of financial roles and responsibilities including finance director, financial controller, governance framework design and implementation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, financial and regulatory reporting, corporate finance and financial strategy setting. Neil has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 2010.
Neil is an employer nominated trustee, representing MS Amlin Corporate Services Limited, and is a member of the Governance, Audit & Risk Committee.
