Sharing Documents Securely with the LSF Administration Team

Send and receive your documents securely via the Pensions Portal

Did you know that you can send the LSF administration team all your retirement forms, transfer instructions and any other document securely through the Pensions Portal?

At the LSF, not only are we keen to reduce the volume of paper used, but we are keen to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and therefore we would encourage members to avoid sending us sensitive data in the post or via email where possible.

We accept all retirement instructions, transfer discharge forms, certificates and expression of wishes (to name a few) electronically, meaning that you can now submit all your documents to us from your dashboard.

How do I send you my documents?

When you login, you can select “Document exchange” on the left-hand menu of your dashboard.

On the Document exchange page, you can then select “Document Transfer”.

Simply drag and drop your documents in to the grey space or select “Choose file” to locate your documents on your computer.

You can add a message with your documents in the white field below if you wish.

When the LSF administration team send you any documents, such as your retirement quotes, then you can find them located in the Document exchange area. You will also receive an email advising we have uploaded your documents and this will contain a direct link to the location (emails will be sent from admin@lsf.org.uk, so please do add us to your contacts to avoid our emails ending up in your spam folders).

What about independent financial advisers or next of kin acting on my behalf?

If you have an independent financial adviser acting on your behalf, then they can also send us documents securely by heading to www.lsf.org.uk/get-in-touch/independent-financial-adviser/

Can I still email or post you my documents?

Whilst we would prefer you to send us documents via the Pensions Portal as this represents a more secure way of transferring sensitive data, we will still accept both emails and postal documents. Where possible, please do password protect any attachments and when sending sensitive personal information in the post, we would recommend sending using a recorded delivery.
