Pension Payment Delay

There has been a software issue that has affected May’s pension payments which we are resolving with our software provider with the help of BACS and NatWest. Unfortunately, the affect is that pension payments will now be credited to accounts on 1st June. Please accept our apologies for this delay and any inconvenience that it may cause.
